Golden Sphere Solutions LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ZzzCatcher mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have full control over your data.
ZzzCatcher requires access to your device's microphone to monitor and record sleep sounds. If you use the Pro version's Video Monitoring feature, the App also requires access to your device's camera. This access is used solely to record your sleep patterns as requested by you.
All audio/video recordings and analysis data are processed and stored locally on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or store your personal data on any external servers. Your recordings never leave your device unless you explicitly choose to export or share a file yourself.
Because your data is stored locally on your device, we do not have access to it. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or audio/video data to any third parties.
You have complete control over your data. You can delete individual recordings directly within the App. Because all data is stored locally, simply deleting the ZzzCatcher app from your device will permanently erase all associated recordings and data.

Golden Sphere Solutions LLC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the AlertCatcher mobile application (the "App"). We build privacy-first security utilities. Our goal is to ensure you can monitor your physical environment without sacrificing personal privacy.
AlertCatcher Guardian Mode requires access to your device's microphone to monitor ambient sound levels and classify anomalies. The optional Pro version features (Video Sentry and Motion Sentry) require access to your device's camera to analyze and capture visual frames.
All acoustic classifications and motion analysis are performed locally on your device using Apple's Neural Engine. Raw microphone audio and camera frames are analyzed in real-time RAM buffers and immediately discarded. Continuous recording is never saved to disk and never transmitted to the cloud.
When the app classifies an anomaly (e.g. glass breaking, lock jiggling, motion), it dispatches a lightweight text-only notification (containing the event category and timestamp) to your paired Receiver device. No audio recordings, video recordings, or raw sensor data are uploaded to the cloud during this transmission.
Recorded audio and video evidence clips are stored locally within the Guardian device's secure app sandbox. You can review, play back, or delete these clips directly on the Guardian device at any time. Because this media data is never uploaded to external servers, deleting the app or deleting the clips locally permanently and immediately erases them.
